Belledonne Nature & Randonnée is written by alpine enthusiasts who hike, watch, and map this mountain range for themselves. We are not affiliated with La Gélinotte, any mountain refuge, restaurant, or official tourism office, and we accept no payment for coverage.
Our articles cover trails, mountain lakes, wildlife, alpine plants, and responsible tourism. Weather, snow, closures, and route conditions change quickly, so always check them with the relevant local authorities before every outing.
